“If You Run Into A Wall, Don’t Turn Around And Give Up.”

Hello folks #reportinglivefrom Caracas, Venezuela. We just returned from our three game road trip, which wasn’t as successful as we would have liked. We went 1 – 2 and now stand at 6 – 2. The last two games had a playoff atmosphere with close to 10,000 people in attendance. This time we couldn’t overcome our opponent, with all of Venezuela wanting to see us lose including the refs. We get so much respect that people still always expect us to win. So do our owners and fans and to them, losing is not an option. Being the only new guy on a championship team, I’m the fall guy despite a good season so far and leading my team in points per game. However, it’s not about me because if you know me then you know I always adapt to adversity, continue to excel, and take steps forward. It’s about how the team reacts and being a championship team two out of the last three years I expect us to respond in a positive way by running off another 6 games starting tomorrow at home. Well until then I’ll leave you with this, “If you’re trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I’ve had them, everybody has had them. But obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it or work around it.”- Michael Jordan
