It was another big night and another double-double in the record books for NBA veteran Mike Harris and the Jiangsu Dragons. Despite a waive of double teams on the defensive end, Harris dominated posting 23 points and 12 rebounds for the victors while shooting better than 65% from the field. With much of the spotlight shinning heavily on former NBA All-Star Tracy McGrady and his visiting Eagles, it was clear from the jump that Harris and his Dragons would steal the show. “It’s always fun to play in such an amazing atmosphere, especially when it is against a former teammate like Tracy,” Harris explained.

Although this is not the first time the two have met on the court, it is one of the few times they have met as opponents. Both were members of Houston’s memorable 2007-2008 run, where the franchise won 22 consecutive games, marking the second longest winning streak in league history. With just 3 games left in the CBA season, we will be following closely to see how Harris and his squad finish out their 2013 campaign. Stay tuned!
