It was a reunion of sorts Sunday night in Sacramento, as former Kansas Jayhawks Thomas Robinson and Marcus Morris met for the first time in their young NBA careers.  Winning 6 of their last 8, Morris and the visiting Houston Rockets entered Sleep Train Arena Sunday ready to face an energized Kings squad riding high on their 120-109 victory over the Utah Jazz just one night earlier.

Despite a strong showing from the second year swingman (Morris – 8 points and 4 rebounds in just 13 minutes), KU bragging rights for the night went to power forward Thomas Robinson (6 points and 7 rebounds) and the Sacramento Kings, who used a late fourth quarter run to outlast the Rockets 117-111.   The first of three regular season match-ups between the two squads, Jayhawk nation will have to wait until April 3, to see the two go head-to-head yet again.
